BlackRock’s iShares spot Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF) is no longer listed on the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) website. 

Initially [reported](https://www.cryptoflash.report/articles/nasdaq-trade-clearing-firm-lists-blackrocks-spot-bitcoin-etf) by Bloomberg ETF Analyst Eric Balchunas, the ETF had an IBTC ticker, indicating a possible listing on the Nasdaq stock exchange. 

Balchunas later speculated in a post on X that, “they were told to want to wait until they are weeks or months away.”

DTCC's ETF listing fueled market optimism, leading to the price of bitcoin (BTC) breaking past $35,000 yesterday.

According to CoinDesk Indices, BTC fell by more than 3% since news of ETF’s removal from the DTCC site broke. However, it is still up by 7% over the past 24 hours, trading at over $33,000 as of 4 a.m. in Hong Kong.
