### Billionaire Mike Novogratz walked back his prediction that bitcoin will hit $500,000 in five years. He now says its impossible.

 On March 2022, Mike Novogratz gained attention in the crypto community when he predicted that bitcoin will hit $500,000 in five years. Even after the fall of the Terra Luna ecosystem, he stood by his prediction. 

Now, in the wake of heavy policy tightening from the US Federal Reserve as well as the catastrophic collapse of FTX, Alameda Research and 130 related companies, Mike no longer believes in his prediction. 

Mike expressed this change of sentiment in a recent interview on Bloomberg TV. Mike Novogratz is the CEO of Galaxy Digital and has recently been very vocal in his criticisms of FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried. 

In his interview with Bloomberg TV, Mike reiterated that Sam needs to be prosecuted, and the authorities need to determine what happened. Mike Novogratz is one of the more prominent bitcoin bulls that has turned sour on the situation. 

There is a circulating belief that the last bitcoin bull must turn bearish before the bottom can be in, and before we can see any sort of reversal.
