### "NFT God", an NFT influencer informed his more than 91k followers on twitter that he lost access to all his social media accounts. He was devastated by the disruption to his livelihood but then also discovered that he lost NFTs to the hacker also and it was all worth an amount that could be quantified as 'life changing'. 


 It appears that the hack was initiated when the influencer malware from clicking a sponsored link. The link downloaded malware.

Based on the tweets, we think the malware is a Remote Access Trojan (RAT). Many security companies have been warning about a RAT masquerading as OBS live streaming component. 

However, the tweets mention "ODS". 

The terrifying part of a RAT live streaming hack is that the hacker can see your screen without you knowing. Everything you are doing online including signing in to your accounts can be seen, recorded and repeated by the hacker giving many openings to take over the account. 

The influencer claims that his accounts had 2FA enabled but he was still hacked. We are investigating how this security feature was bypassed. The influencer noted a major mistake he made with his cold wallet. He said that he mistakenly entered the wrong seed which made his wallet no longer 'cold'. 

He delayed buying a new ledger because he had not been purchasing new digital assets of late.
