### Binance has been leading an initiative to establish a crypto recovery fund. It has decided to lead by example with another $1B commitment all in BUSD, a stablecoin whose dollar peg can greatly help struggling projects through the bear market. The total commitment is now around $2Billion, with the first billion split among different tokens (BTC, BUSD, BNB). 

Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao announced:

This is good news for projects that are struggling to survive the current season, where crypto prices have seen the declines expected of a volatile asset class moving through the natural rhythms of a bear market. 

Historically, it has been in seasons such as the current downturn that many crypto investors made strategic entries. Time will tell who will emerge as the winners. Time and perhaps the nerve to remain in the market while others flee.
