### In a CNBC interview, CZ called out Kevin O'Leary saying that he thinks Kevin was lying.

Kevin O'Leary pinned the blame of FTX's failure on Binance. He claimed that FTX's balance sheet was cleared of assets because FTX had to buy out Binance's share for a sum $2B-$3B in the last two years. 

Kevin claimed that Binance, was demanding for $500M more from FTX just days before the collapse, in exchange for FTT (a token created by FTX). He claimed that the public announcement by Binance that it is selling FTT caused the collapse of FTT. These accusations caused a stir in the crypto community, with many notable personalities calling out Kevin O'Leary.

CZ declared: "He says he didn't know that Binance was a shareholder of FTX. So he invested in FTX without looking at the cap table. But, he was very specific in the way he accounts for a transaction two years ago. That's kind of contradictory. So, I think Kevin is a liar. So, I think he's lying about a bunch of stuff. So that's his problem. For us, we want to be transparent. We want to set the golden standard for reliability (and) solidness in this space."
