### Binance.US has terminated its asset acquisition agreement between Voyager Digital, citing an uncertain and hostile regulatory climate in the United States as the primary reason for the decision.

On April 26th, Voyager Digital made a recent announcement stating that the asset acquisition deal it had with Binance.US had been canceled.

Many people have been caught off guard as a result of the cancellation of the acquisition deal. This is particularly unfortunate for investors who had hoped to get their funds back in the event that Binance.US finally acquires all of Voyager Digital's assets.



Binance.US was going to purchase all of Voyager's assets and liabilities under the terms of the planned deal, which would have made it a huge acquisition deal in the cryptocurrency market. In addition, as part of the agreement, Binance.US would have been obligated to compensate Voyager's customers to the tune of nearly $20 million. 



Unfortunately, it is no longer possible for Binance.US to fulfill its obligations under the contract. The exchange primarily cited a "uncertain and hostile regulatory climate in the United States" as the cause for terminating the deal.



Despite this, both businesses have reaffirmed their dedication to provide a safe trading environment for its consumers even as they navigate the complex regulatory landscape of the cryptocurrency industry in the United States.
