### Canon USA is announced the release of Cadabra, a photography marketplace tailored specifically to NFTs. The goal of this platform is to connect creators with passionate collectors who share their appreciation for digital artworks, allowing artists to monetize their digital creations. 



Scheduled to launch later this year, Cadabra will provide a curated hub for digital artworks in genres as diverse as landscape, wildlife, lifestyle, sports, abstract, and more.



One of the unique aspects of Cadabra is that there will be a secondary market where NFTs can be resold, giving artists a chance to make money by selling physical copies that will be fulfilled by Canon. This will provide additional revenue streams for artists and photographers, allowing them to expand their reach and exposure to a wider audience.



This is not the first time Canon has made a move into NFTs. In July 2022, Canon and Immutable Image released a collection called "The Legends Mint" on the Solana blockchain, which featured photograph NFTs from renowned photographers. 



With the launch of Cadabra, Canon is doubling down on its commitment to the NFT space, providing a platform that aims to bridge the gap between traditional photography and NFTs.
