### Kevin, O’Leary wants his money back. The problem he faces is that FTX may not have any funds left. Sam Bankman-Fried may not have any money left. However, Binance still has a lot of funds. Kevin is going to try to get his money back from Binance. 

This is how he’s going to do it. First he will need to establish transactions between Binance and FTX. Second, he’s going to establish that there were problems with the transactions, both legal and ethical. Third, he will present legal basis for the funds paid by FTX to Binance to be returned to FTX, and afterwards returned to FTX stakeholders, including himself. 

Recently, Kevin O’Leary admitted that he was engaged by FTX to be a spokesperson through a contract amounting to $15 million. Kevin also shared that he invested everything he received back into FTX. Kevin invested in FTX equity and in cryptocurrencies. 

Kevin speculated that he may have lost everything. He made it clear though that he will find the money and get it back. Kevin has also recently earned the ire of the cryptocurrency community on social media. George of the CryptosRus even call Kevin, a “liar”, and a “scumbag”. 

George took issue with Kevin blaming binance for the fall of FTX and leaving out the other grave accusations. FTX has been accused of misappropriating customers funds. The founder of FTX has also already been indicted. 

For us, it also appears quite strange how Kevin has been defending Sam Bankman-Fried, and FTX. And his testimony before the United States, Senate, Kevin appeared to be deflecting the main issues against FTX, and trying to pull Binance into the picture. 

Roping in Binance may seem strange. However, with FTX, Sam BankmanFried and related parties out of cash, this may be O'Leary's only chance at recovering his money. He may be searching for a way to get all payments made from FTX to Binance ‘clawed back’.
