### SBF in a tweet series, informed everyone that he intends to raise capital to return money to customers. 

 SBF started tweeting what seemed to be nonsense. On November 14, 2022, SBF was observed to tweet “What”, followed by single letters starting with “H”. The single letters eventually spelled out “Happened”. The two words spanned the first 9 messages of a tweet series. The 10th message was a disclaimer: “10) [NOT LEGAL ADVICE. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE. THIS IS ALL AS I REMEMBER IT, BUT MY MEMORY MIGHT BE FAULTY IN PARTS.]” The full series of tweets is [here](https://twitter.com/SBF_FTX/status/1591989554881658880).

Fintwit took issue at SBF’s plan to raise money, calling it a ponzi scheme:

Scrolling quickly through the replies, we did not find a single positive response. We are ourselves baffled as to why SBF is still tweeting. If indeed he plans to do something to help the customers, he should just do it. There is no need to tweet it. Tweeting that he will help, does not help any customer. He perhaps is trying to gain some sympathy by painting himself as someone who just made bad calls rather than someone who was caught pulling off an on-going fraud. He is still claiming that FTX had only a liquidity problem. 

Considering that there is an investigation, we would rather not hear from SBF and instead hear from the investigators themselves. SBF has lost all credibility. If he acted in good faith, as he implies from his tweet series, then the investigation will prove that. However, if he was truly committing a fraud, his tweet series will hurt him even more as more and more people will see clearer and clearer his true character.
